You’ll deploy a small CBM pilot, lock parts staging, automate three KPIs, install a defer-decision gate, and make closure notes auditable.

Publish these daily tiles (no spreadsheets in the room): Emergency Work %, Schedule Compliance %, PM On-Time %, Rework %, MTBF (Top 10 bad actors).
Weekly review: 15-minute Ops–Maintenance huddle, a 10-WO audit on documentation quality, and one bad-actor review with a single corrective action logged.
