Introduction

Problem (in one line): Hammering or overheating bearings causes brinelling, cage warp, cooked grease, and magnetized rings—short life, noisy startups.

Target (what good looks like): Heat the inner race only, hold temps to 90–110 °C (open), ≤120 °C max; 60–80 °C (sealed/greased); complete auto-demag; hand-push fit to the shoulder within ≤60 s—no force through the outer race.
